I've spent more than a decade in luxury hospitality — designing, restoring, and managing private homes across Mexico's most beautiful coastlines. Aventura was where I wanted my own footprint in the United States.

I bought into this community because of what it isn't: not a high-rise, not a hotel, not a rental factory. Just a quiet, gated waterfront enclave five minutes from one of the country's great malls and ten from the Atlantic, with the kind of mature landscaping and round-the-clock security that makes you forget you're in metropolitan Miami.

Both apartments — the one-bedroom corner unit and the freshly renovated two-bedroom — are decorated and equipped the way I'd want a guest of mine to find any home I owned. Everything works. Everything is clean. Everything is thought through. The cookware is real. The mattresses are good. The Wi-Fi is fast.

I respond personally to every inquiry. I speak German, English, and Spanish, so we'll find each other regardless of where you're calling from. And once you're here, you have my number — not a service center, not a chatbot. Just me.
