Accessibility Statement

Aventura Condo Rental is committed to making our website accessible to people of all abilities. We aim to meet or exceed the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA.

What we've done

This site was built and audited with accessibility in mind. Specific measures include:

  • Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) for screen-reader navigation
  • A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page
  • One h1 per page with logical heading hierarchy
  • Descriptive alternative text on every meaningful image; decorative graphics marked aria-hidden
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators on all interactive elements
  • Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text)
  • Form fields with associated labels, appropriate input types, and autocomplete hints
  • Respect for the user's reduced-motion preference (animations are disabled if your system requests it)
  • Touch targets sized for mobile use

We are not currently aware of any accessibility limitations. If you encounter one, please contact us using the methods below.

Compatibility

This site is designed and tested to work with:

  • Recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop
  • iOS Safari and Android Chrome on mobile
  • Common screen readers including VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), and TalkBack (Android)
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • Operating-system "reduced motion" and "increased text size" settings
